  4.    About the .SIG File
  5.  
  6. WinFront for PGP and QuickFront for PGP
  7. contain a file called either
  8.    
  9.     winfront.sig  or
  10.     qkfront.sig
  11.  
  12. depending on your product. You can test the 
  13. EXE file (winfront.exe or qkfront.exe) against
  14. the signature file ensure that the EXE file that
  15. is in the package is the same one which Ugali 
  16. International Corp. originally shipped.
  17.  
  18. To test the EXE from DOS:
  19.  
  20.   1) Get our key from http://www.ugali.com/key.html and add it to 
  21.      your keyring. 
  22.  
  23.   2) switch to the directory containing the EXE and 
  24.      the SIG
  25.  
  26.   3) type:
  27.  
  28.       pgp winfront.sig winfront.exe
  29.  
  30.     or
  31.  
  32.      pgp qkfront.sig qkfront.sig
  33.  
  34.   4) if the exe file is ok, you will receive
  35.      the message:
  36.  
  37.       Good signature from user "Ross Barclay <ross@barclay.net>".
  38.       Signature made 1996/xx/xx xx:xx GMT using 1024-bit key, key ID 307490ED
  39.  
  40.   5) if you recieve a message that the file and the signature do not match,
  41.      please download the package again from another site
